      I'm not sure what you want in the status report so I'll wing it for
this go around.

IEEE-1481 working group status
The working group is currently actively working on integrating the OLA
standard improvements into the next revision. All the working group
meetings and working session are done interactively using teleconferencing
and the internet. Since there are many OLA improvements to incorporate it
will take a substantial amount of time to complete and I don't have an
accurate time table established yet. Most of the work has been done via
interactive editing sessions with VNC which is proceeding too slowly. To
improve efficiency the working group is currently in the process of
partitioning the revision into separate Framemaker files one for each
clause. This will allow the team to edit multiple clauses in parallel. I
don't anticipate the completion of the partitioning to be done before March
but after that the working group should be proceeding at a much faster
pace.
